1. Drawing die punch and die:

2. Elastic parts such as springs:
In the process of use, the spring is one of the most easily damaged parts in the automobile mold, and it usually breaks and deforms. The method is to replace, but during the replacement process, you must pay attention to the specification and model of the spring. There are three types of spring specifications: color, diameter and length, and only three can be replaced under the same conditions.
3. During mold maintenance:
Before installing the mold, the upper and lower surfaces of the mold should be cleaned to ensure that the mold installation surface and the working surface of the press are parallel to the upper and lower surfaces of the mold in production.
4. Production maintenance:
When making molds, oil the corresponding parts. Such as: adhesive, rounded wire drawing die; trimming die; flanging knife block part, etc. Clean up scraps from trimming and punching die holes.
5. Maintenance after production:
A comprehensive inspection of the mold after production is completed. Thoroughly clean the mold to ensure the cleanliness of the mold. Clean up the waste in the mold and make sure there is no waste in the box. After use, the use status and usage of the car will be truthfully fed back to the mold call.
