1. Mechanical thermal deformation
In the process of automobile injection mold processing, if the selected temperature is higher, although the fluidity of the contained material is better maintained, due to the large number of hydraulic components in the production machinery, it may be caused by overheating. Swelling occurs.
2. Oil viscosity drops
At the same time, we can see that in the process of automobile injection mold processing, if the temperature is found to be too high, it is easy to cause the oil temperature in the machine to be too high, resulting in a decrease in the viscosity of the oil.
3. Deformation of seals
The high temperature in the production process also easily affects the accelerated aging of some parts using rubber. Because rubber is a heat-resistant material, if the temperature is kept high during the processing of the automobile injection mold, some parts inside the casing machinery will be damaged. If a seal made of rubber is used, deformation and aging are more likely to occur.
Fourth, hydraulic oil transformation
The hydraulic oil used in the equipment is also prone to deterioration due to excessive temperature. Once the hydraulic oil is oxidatively degraded due to high temperature, part of the asphalt material will be separated, which will directly reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil, and there will be blockages, which will easily block some gaps or pores, affecting the work of the pressure valve, and even some metal pipes will be stretched. , bent, broken.
