What is DSI?

DSI is an injection molding method for rapid production of hollow products with precise and complex structures. Compared with blow molding, the product has the advantages of good surface precision, high dimensional precision, uniform wall thickness and high design freedom.

In DSI method, the design of joint shape is very important. In order to improve the welding strength of products, DSI method should also adopt different joint shape according to the requirements of products.

As long as the injection mould is here, we will guarantee the life of the mould. The guarantee includes cavity, core, runner, parting line surface, ejection and channel. That's right, you'll never see a repair or maintenance bill from us for your mold!

Note: Certain exceptions apply. This warranty does not include electrical components or edge biting mechanisms arising from the abrasive nature and rate of wear of those components.
