B-F Cube technology

B-F Double Cube Technology
The revolutionary B-F double cube system combines two anti-rotating cubes that are placed between the two parts of the mold at the same time. In theory, two separate molds may be run simultaneously in a single machine. The 90-step simultaneous working method is carried out on three parting lines in a single shift. In order for the two cubes to be opened and closed in such a small area, a specially designed drive and coordination system was devised. It is possible to mount a second injection unit on top of the clamping unit as an alternative. Machine customization on the injection side completes the range of manufacturing possibilities.
